Super nice people. Funny, cheerful, and very helpful. Very relatable and friendly. I was a new patient and they got me in 3 days later. Very impressed. Nice selection of glasses. Not too many, which is good! Affordable prices on the frames. Very thorough with the technology they use. My first visit yesterday & was thoroughly impressed. The front desk people were so fun and friendly. The atmosphere very chill and the office was clean. I love that I didn't need my eyes dilated with drops, their machine did that for them. Dr. Latner was very informative and seemed to genuinely care about the health of my eyes. And she was so nice & set me at ease. I really liked that I could see pictures of my eyes after the exam and what she was looking at. I highly recommend them!

I appreciate the care and concern Dr. Taylor shows for myself and my family. I find that he is a good listener and is always concerned about my health which could impact my vision. Previously when I had a prescription change that wasn't working, he repeated my exam and we worked together to resolve the issue. If I can't see him in the Omaha office, I will drive to his office in Council Bluffs. I also appreciate his office staff especially Alex. I moved to Omaha two years ago, and had to find a new optometrist. My last contact lens prescription brought my acuity up to 2015 for the first time of my life. I’ve had lifelong problems with my eyes, including torn retinas and cataracts in both. After this last batch of surgeries, I’m able to see better than I’ve ever seen in my life. Ideal Eye care is an awesome place!  I'm always happy and satisfied when I leave.  Dr. Taylor is very professional and knows his subject very well, and he knows me personally to know and understand what I need.  Alex is extremely helpful with selecting glass frames, and he has a great sense of humor! This is the first time I have visited the ideal eye care and I got very good experience with my eye exam that was tested very thoroughly. Very satisfied. The doctor and all the staff are kind and friendly. Alex is outstanding, very knowledgeable and very patient answering all the questions.
