My first visit to Ideal Eye Care left me very impressed. All of the staff were super professional and friendly and my wait time was minimal. Always a pleasure to visit Ideal Eyecare. Everyone was polite and friendly.  It is always a pleasure to see Mindy and the girls that assist her. I also had a good report on .my .eyes. I like that I don't have to get the drops in my eyes to dialate them. They just take a picture of my eyes and diagnose from that  No more waiting for the drops to wear off. Love it! It was such a great experience! Dr Mindy Dickenson was so knowledgeable and truly interested in my concerns!!  The whole staff was awesome!  I will go back because I have 2 eyes and I want to make sure they r well cared for and this office does an amazing job!!! I had a problem with distance vision with my new glasses. Everyone was helpful, kind and wanted to help with my problem. My new glasses are the first  ones purchased at Ideal. Absolutely the best eyecare clinic in Council Bluffs, IA and the surrounding area. I can't  say enough good things about Dr. Mindy Dickinson and her entire staff. Patient, kind, attentive and thorough are some of the qualities I experienced during my exam.  I ended up going the contact route and was not only able to get my daily disposable contacts that day but Dr. Dickinson had me work with the contact specialist to make sure I could insert and remove my contacts prior to leaving.
